We chose this binding for its quick putting-on and, taking-off system. Simply press the bracket (red arrow) with a stick. It is suitable for day trips and for long trips. We tested it during a trip in the Swedish mountains. The automatic system is resistant by cold weather. This binding is very light. To be used on all types of terrain.
