The Ascent 500 from Rab is a sleeping bag filled with a 650 cuin RDS certified hydrophobic European duck down. It contains 500 grams of down for a comfort temperature of 1°C. It features a long double zipper with a cold flap, a collar with drawcord, an internal zippered pocket and a wraparound hood with drawcord. It is available in standard size (size R) or long (size L) for people measuring more than 185 centimeters.
Ascent 500 fabric is a soft-touch, water and windproof Quantum Pertex fabric. The trapezoid-shaped partitions minimize water loss. Its mummy shape and angled foot space make it very spacious for its weight.
It is supplied with a cotton storage case and a roll-up waterproof compression bag.
