Deuter Aircontact Ultra 50+5

The Deuter Aircontact Ultra 50+5 is a rugged and comfortable trekking backpack with no frills for a considerable gain in lightness. Its single large 50-liter pocket is accessible from the top and closes easily with a drawstring. A removable flap is then positioned above.

For quick and efficient access during the day, the backpack has a large open pocket on the outside made of stretch fabric and two large side mesh pockets. On the wide hip belt, two zippered mesh pockets allow you to keep your GPS or snacks handy. On the flap, there is a relatively large zippered exterior pocket.

Together these compartments give you a total storage capacity of 55 liters (50 liters + 5 liters of extension). However, this bag adapts to your load thanks to the removable compression straps. Located on the side edges of the bag, they help maintain a good load distribution when the large pocket is not full. By placing them on the back, they can also be used to attach an additional item (tent, mountaineering helmet, etc.).

Comfort is a point that Deuter puts in honor on this bag thanks to the Air Spacer Mesh technology. The back is adjustable via a system of hooks and loops to ensure comfort, cushioning and ventilation. Combined with the Active Fit shoulder straps with soft edge finish and the mesh hip stabilizer with area spacer, you'll be comfortable for long treks.
