What are the delivery times?

For a classic delivery with Colissimo, DPD, GLS or La Poste (in Lettre Suivie), the parcel is sent the day after the order, from Monday to Friday. It then takes about 48 hours (working days) for delivery in mainland France. There is no Saturday delivery with GLS.

For a 24h express delivery with Chronopost, the parcel is shipped the same day for an order placed before noon, from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed after noon, the parcel is shipped the next day. The package is then delivered the next day before 1pm (working days).

Delivery times for the French Overseas Departments and Territories are 5 to 10 days (working days), and for delivery in Europe (outside France), 3 to 5 days (working days).

Are the products in stock?

We hold all the products on our website. This means that a product indicated as "in stock" is actually in our warehouse.

"In stock": our products in stock are really on our shelves!

"Soon available": we are temporarily out of stock. On the product pages, you can register your email address to receive an availability alert. You can also contact us, using the form below, to know the restocking delay.

Is the online payment secure?

The security of your credit card payments is ensured by the security system of our bank CIC (3D Secure). The exchanges are encrypted thanks to the SSL protocol which is the world standard for payments on the Internet. Your transaction is carried out directly on the server of our bank CIC. We do not store your banking data (card number, confidential data). To finalise your purchase, you will be directed to the secure interface of our bank CIC.

Where can I get my invoice?

You can download your invoice in PDF format in the "My Order" section of your customer area: en.aventurenordique.com/sales/order/history/

How to collect your order in store?

When ordering on our website, choose in-store delivery. The "Click and Collect" option allows you to order online and collect your order quickly and free of charge from our store in Lans-en-Vercors.

It's the fastest way to get your order delivered! Our preparation time for your order is a maximum of half a day. Example: you order in the morning, you can collect your equipment in the afternoon!

How does it work?

You place your order online.
We prepare your order as quickly as possible.
When your order is ready, you'll receive an email telling you that you can collect it.
Your order is ready for collection during store opening hours!
