Warranty & returns

The products purchased are returned or exchanged, except preliminary agreement with Aventure Nordique. Before any return, imperatively contact us before sending back the product so that we give you a return code and a delivery address. Imperatively contact us, if you don't, we’ll not be responsible for the return of goods (neither taken back nor exchanged nor refunded).

New products

If a new product is unsuitable, you can notify your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the parcel by logging into your customer account and selecting the product(s) to be returned.

You then have 14 days to return the product(s). The product must not have been used and must still have its original labels and packaging. If the packaging is not intact and does not meet all these conditions, or if the product has been damaged, you may be entitled to a partial refund.

In the case of an exchange, return and refund, the shipping costs of the product will be entirely at the customer's expense.


The Aventure Nordique shop undertakes to reimburse the new product within a maximum of 14 days.

Used products

All products sold in our catalog are guaranteed by the manufacturer. The products are guaranteed against defects of material or manufacture. Normal wear and tear in use, in misuse, a damage such as dropping or shock are excluded from this guarantee. The defective product will be reviewed by Aventure Nordique. If the product is covered by warranty, Aventure Nordique immediately will replace it with the same product (or a product of equal value in agreement with the buyer if the product would no longer be available). In case under dispute the product would be returned to the manufacturer for an expert advice. Any product replaced under warranty will be returned free of charge. You’ll only pay for sending it to us. We commit ourselves to do our best to shorten the processing time after sales service.
