The HEX CS67 is a quilt co-designed by Aura, which specialises in sleeping bags, and Lesovik, which specialises in hammocks. The two Polish brands have collaborated, each bringing the best in their respective fields: filling and fabric for Aura, and hammock technology for Lesovik. The Hex CS67 is just as comfortable in a hammock as it is on the floor on a mattress.
It has a Climashield synthetic fibre filling of 67 g/m², for a temperature of use of 10 to 20°C depending on its chilliness. Its Lotus fabric, a 22 g/m² recycled nylon ripstop, is light and strong.
The quilt is a minimalist sleeping system that does away with anything superfluous, resulting in a reduced weight of 400 grams.
- No back, because the down is crushed by the body (even more so when you sleep in a hammock).
- No hood, but a collar that covers the shoulders and neck.
- No zip, so you can get into the quilt easily.
The HEX CS67 quilt is comfortable to wear, while providing good thermal comfort. A unique hexagonal cut gives it a snug fit (there's no need to use drawstrings to close it) and keeps you warm from your feet to your neck. There's still plenty of comfortable leg and body room to sleep in any position.
3 hip pockets keep everything close to hand and stabilise the quilt.
