Nortent Vern 3 nylon with stove jack

The Vern 3 Tent nylon with Stove Jack is a 4-season tent for 3 people, with a wood-burning stove in one of the awnings. The choice of materials, finishes and habitability make this a very good tent for far-flung expeditions.

The flysheet is made of 30-denier Silnylon, and the seams are waterproofed with Seam Grip + Sil. The 70 denier nylon floor withstands a water column of 10,000 millimeters. The 5 aluminum poles (Ø 9.5 mm) are reinforced with dyneema, the strongest fiber in the world! The tent's structure, a hybrid between a dome and a tunnel, guarantees excellent resistance to snow and wind, as well as good stability. The aerodynamic shape, 24 poles and 14 guy wires ensure secure anchorage.

The 5 hoops have different colors to facilitate assembly. This can be done by a single person. The inner chamber is attached directly to the flysheet, so you can get to safety quickly.

The tent is well ventilated, with 4 air vents on the doors and 2 more at the bottom of the tent ends. Oxygen supply remains good when using a wood-burning stove. The 2 inner room doors are lined with mosquito netting if it's hot or you need extra ventilation. The 2 apses each have 2 doors. Depending on the weather conditions, you can choose to open all the doors to be very close to nature, or close them completely for maximum protection.

The inner chamber measures 230 x 200 centimetres and 1.22 metres high. So it's perfectly possible to fit 3 full-size mattresses. Or even 4 small ones. The two apses are large enough for cooking, storing equipment and installing a wood-burning stove for a guaranteed cosy atmosphere! The Vern 3 weighs 4.9 kilograms.
