The Hornet Osmo 1P from Nemo Equipment is an ultra-lightweight tent, designed for 1 person and 3 season use. This tent will attract your attention for several technical reasons:
- Excellent weight/comfort ratio: The Hornet Osmo 1P weighs just over 1kg and has an entrance/apseal and a roof space of 98cm. Inside, the floor space allows you to store 1 mattress 52 cm wide (standard size) + your gear.
- Tent with flysheet: it provides effective protection from the elements (wind, rain) with a cut-out to allow air circulation. Ventilation is reinforced by the upper part of the inner chamber in mesh fabric.
- Easy to assemble: an 8.5 mm diameter aluminium Dac hoop. Y-shape optimises the inner volume with almost vertical walls. In warm weather, it is possible to mount only the chamber.
- Raised floor mat angles at the feet to protect the sleeping bag from condensation when in contact with the fabric.
- Flybar hooks provide extra volume and headroom.
The Hornet Osmo 1P features Nemo's exclusive new Osmo fabric. This is a poly-nylon ripstop fabric that is 4 times more water repellent, 3 times less stretchy when wet, and uses 100% recycled yarns. It is PFC-free and contains no flame retardant chemicals.

Le tismu OSMO à 3 fois moins d'étirement, lorsqu'il est mouillé qu'un tissu classique et 4 fois plus de déperlance, tout en utilisant des fils 100% recyclés qui sont sans PFC et PFAS. Il répond au norme d'ignifugation sans l'utilisation de produits chimiques néfastes. |
