The Radical 8Z from the Polish brand Pajak is a top-of-the-range ultra-lightweight sleeping bag weighing 1030 grams, offering a comfort temperature of -4°C, standard EN 13537 / ISO 23537. It features IR Reflective Layer (IRR) technology. A reflective layer allows 50% of the infrared radiation emitted by the body to be retained.
It is carefully designed and manufactured with quality materials. It has a filling of 900 cu. in. Polish goose down, 95/5 distribution. The Gelanots Ultra Light Ripstop Shell has a water-repellent treatment that allows the fabric to breathe. The Z-shaped partitioned construction prevents thermal bridges and optimises insulation.
The Pajak Radical 8Z has a wrap-around hood and an anti-cold collar. The YKK zipper is located on the left side of the sleeping bag. It is equipped with a double slider. Along the zipper, a bead prevents cold air from entering.
This sleeping bag falls into the category of a 3-season sleeping bag, but with experience and the right equipment, the experienced hiker will be able to use it in milder temperatures.
