The Gravel SL Top Tube Bag 1L from Norwegian brand Helsport is a bike bag that fits onto the top tube of the frame. It's attached by 3 velcro fasteners: 2 on the top tube of the bike and one under the stem (not on top, otherwise it could block the steering when turning the handlebars).
The pannier, made of 420 denier nylon with TPU coating on both sides, is completely waterproof and can withstand a water column of 8,000 mm. It opens with a side flap, secured by a magnet to prevent accidental opening when riding. Handling is even possible with one hand.
The inside of the bag is light yellow, so objects are easier to spot. If you need to recharge your phone, GPS or headlamp with an external battery, there's a cable port. The cable exit hole is protected, so the pannier retains all its waterproofing.
