Modestone Waterproof Glowpad 96x148 cm

The Glowpad 96x148 mm waterproof notebook from Finnish brand Modestone is a notebook with a glow-in-the-dark page for taking notes at night. A rigid glow-in-the-dark page is easily inserted under the page in use. The light produced passes through the paper, allowing you to take extremely discreet notes. The Glowpad can be ‘recharged’ using natural or artificial light, and can emit enough light to last for several hours.

Modestone notebooks have been designed to enable you to use them whatever the weather conditions. So they're perfect for trekking, nature walks and boating trips in all weathers, even the wettest. These notebooks are waterproof and extremely hard-wearing.

Modestone paper, as its name suggests, is 80% stone. Specifically calcium carbonate, in other words limestone. This gives it high tear resistance and excellent durability. The remaining 20% is HDPE (high-density polyethylene), which has the chemical properties of being waterproof and resistant to corrosion and chemicals.

Modestone notebooks also offer the advantage of being able to be used with a conventional pen or pencil, or even your keys if you've forgotten something to write in! What's more, they're water, grease and oil resistant. You can even write underwater to take notes when diving, for example (in this case, use a suitable pencil or pen).
