The WoolTerry Polo Man from Norwegian brand Aclima is made from 70% merino wool and 30% modacrylic. This blend of fibres makes the outer shell of this underwear more resistant.

Merino wool has many advantages: it's soft, breathable and warm, even when wet. Above all, it has antibacterial properties, so won't retain odours even during intense physical activity.

The inside of the WoolTerry Polo Man is woven with small loops (terry cloth) to trap air and provide excellent insulation.

The sleeve ends are tightened with a wide elastic band to keep out draughts, and the seams are flat for added comfort and to prevent chafing.

A sturdy zip allows you to open the top collar when it's hotter and once closed, a fabric flap protects your chin from chafing.

The back of the WoolTerry Polo Man thermal underwear is longer to keep your lower back warm even when you're on the move.
