The Flex Trail 40-60 from Sierra Design is a hiking backpack that can be adapted to your needs. For a day trip, a trek, a trip or a ski tour, it can do it all.
A system of gussets and straps allows it to be compacted or "opened", so it can easily be increased from 39 to 56 litres. This is also useful for multi-day hikes where the bag is emptied as meals are taken!
The back is adjustable to fit all body types. A light aluminium frame makes it comfortable to carry.
The Flex Trail has a flap with a zipped pocket. The main compartment has a U-shaped closure for easy loading and searching of the bag. Pockets on the waist belt allow you to keep small items (phone, ID, cereal bar...) close at hand and in the large mesh pockets you can dry the jacket after the rain, keep a fleece and an accessible...
