The Helium V5 55 from Bergans of Norway is one of the brand's iconic backpacks. The first version dates back to 2001, and this version 5 is a complete success in terms of comfort, materials and weight. This 55-liter backpack weighs less than a kilogram.
Bergans of Norway's fabric, a blend of nylon 66 and Dyneema fiber, is light, durable and highly resistant. Despite the minimal weight, comfort is guaranteed. The Helium V5 55 features an adjustable back, rigid frame, generous hip belt and chest strap. The hip belt is removable, and the bag flap can be attached to it to create a fanny pack!
The main compartment can be loaded from the top, or with a double-slider zipper that allows the bag to be opened diagonally across its entire height. Practical, too, for easy access to your belongings. On the outside, 2 mesh pockets can accommodate a water bottle. The removable flap, in lighter fabric, features a large pocket.
On the sides, four straps compress the bag if it's not completely full. On the front, two sewn-in straps can be used to hold small items with elastic, carabiners or straps.
