The Gold Camp 3 UL Tarp from Big Agnes is an ultra-lightweight 3 person tipi. It comes with an aluminium pole that can be adjusted from 168 to 203 cm depending on how you set it up. Set up is quick, easy and instinctive. If you are pitching the tipi in the forest, you can dispense with the pole and use the suspension loop on the outside instead.
The base of the tent is a square of 229 x 229 centimetres, enough space for 3 people. The height of up to 203 centimetres is great for dressing, packing a bag or just relaxing your legs! The interior of the teepee is equipped with numerous hooks, very practical for drying clothes, hanging your headlamp...
The 20 denier polyester ripstop fabric is coated with polyurethane for waterproofing and is lightweight. The door has a storm flap and two zips on the zip, so it can be opened from the bottom or the top. Ventilation is through two windows in the top of the tipi.
For extra comfort or use in poorer conditions, an inner tent and footprint are sold separately.
