Cocoon Lyocell

Cocoon's Lyocell Mummy Liner and Lyocell Travel Sheet sleeping bags are made from Lyocell. This plant-based fibre derived from eucalyptus is thermoregulatory, meaning it cools the skin in warm weather and warms it in cold weather. It is also soft and breathable.

This bag can be used on its own in a guesthouse or hotel, for example, or inside a sleeping bag to protect it from dirt, perspiration, etc., thereby avoiding the need to wash it. Cocoon claims a heat gain of around 3.5°C in your sleeping bag, but we estimate it to be around 1.5°C.

The silk sleeping bag liner is available in two models:

Mummy Liner

Mummy-shaped, it is lighter, slightly more compact and measures 241 centimetres long by 90/56 centimetres. The Mummy Liner has a hood with a drawstring, a wide opening at the top and a pre-shaped foot space. It has no side openings. It is ideal for use in an outdoor sleeping bag.

Travel Sheet

Rectangular in shape, it is more spacious and measures 220 centimetres long by 90 centimetres wide. The Travel Sheet has a pocket for a pillow and a Velcro side opening. It is ideal for use in shelters, hotels, lodges, etc.
