The Expedition Arctic Pro Longs Woman technical tights from Norwegian brand Devold are one of the warmest in their range. They are made from 100% merino wool on the outside of the top and on the inside of the bottom. The outside of the bottom is 95% merino wool and 5% silk for extra softness and warmth.
Certain areas of the inner part of these technical tights are made from 310 g/m² honeycomb weave to trap air and keep you warm. This is the case at the back in the buttocks area and at the front, from the lower abdomen to the knees.
On the shins and calves, the fabric is a little thinner, around 235 g/m².
At the ankles, an elasticated band keeps the trousers from riding up and allows them to slip easily into shoes.
A wide elasticated waistband provides comfort and a snug fit, and the seams throughout the tights are flat to avoid unpleasant chafing.
