The opinion of Aventure Nordique
The Norwegian Jaw Ski Vise from Swix is a set of 3 vices to be attached to a waxing table (not included) for complete ski maintenance: waxing + sharpening. The system is suitable for Nordic touring and alpine skis. The 20 mm wide clamps open from 35 to 80 mm. As the ski is held in the vice by the binding, the width of the ski at the runner can be increased.
Skis can be fixed in 3 different positions: flat, 90° or 60°. Edge sharpening is also possible with steel clamps.
