The Exped Bike + Hike Poncho UL is a rain cape designed for both cycling and walking. Ultra-light and compact, this poncho slips easily into a bag or clips under a saddle.
Made from siliconised Ripstop nylon with an internal PU coating, it offers effective protection against the elements. The seams are fully welded for maximum waterproofness. The loose fit promotes ventilation, while an inner elasticated waistband keeps the fabric from flapping in strong winds.
The hood is adjustable, and reflective elements on the back and sides improve visibility in low-light conditions. For cycling use, elasticated straps attach the poncho to the handlebars, preventing it from lifting off the handlebars during the ride.
The storage bag is sewn inside: it doubles as a pocket and, once the poncho has been rolled up, can be attached directly to the underside of a saddle thanks to an integrated Velcro system.
