For the fischer s-bound 98 (189), wich width of easy-skin you recommend? 50mm or 65mm?

Dear Iban,
You can use both. 50mm is easiest to fix on our skis. But 65mm it's maximal widht. You must be carreful: skin should not cover steel edges.

I noticed that the maximum width for the Easy Skins is 65mm, however, I have the S-Bound 112 that are 78mm wide underfoot. What do you suggest?

You can use the Easy Skin in 65mm. This may be sufficient. But, it is true that it is better to have a larger and wider skin on these skis. The S-Bound 112 are wide skis and it is better to have a bigger grip. This is even better if you have a backpack (weight) or pull a pulk.
