Lawson Equipment Ultraglide Bear Line 2.3 mm

Lawson Equipment's Ultraglide Bear Line 2.3 mm is a 2.3 mm diameter cord 15 metres long. It has been specially designed as a bear rope, for hanging a bag of food from a tree branch. It can also be used as a clothesline or for any other purpose that requires a cord to slide easily.

The sheath is made from Dyneema SK75, a smooth, strong and lightweight fibre. Dyneema's coefficient of friction is comparable to that of Teflon, while offering greater resistance to abrasion. After braiding, the cord is pre-stretched and polished to give an even smoother surface. The non-stick cord glides perfectly over tree branches. A 3M Scotchlite thread makes it highly reflective.
