Nikwax Tent & Gear Solarproof is a spray waterproofing agent that improves the resistance of fabrics against moisture and water. It protects fabrics from UV and acts as a water-repellent treatment.
This product is intended for re-waterproofing tent fabrics, but can also be used to waterproof synthetic fabrics. For example, Fjellpulken, the manufacturer of Norwegian pulks, recommends impregnating pulk skirts with this product. The advantage is that the fabric does not need to be dry before application.
