The NU43 from Nitecore is a headlamp with a maximum output of 1400 lumens and weighing 116 grams. Suitable for all activities involving speed. Its 5 brightness levels allow you to optimize lighting according to the situation (from 8 to 1400 lumens). Equipped with an obstacle detector, lumens automatically switch to 100 lumens. After obstruction, the lamp resumes its initial setting.
Available white light modes: 8, 100, 300, 600 and 1400 lumens.
Red light modes: 10 lumens fixed, 10 lumens flashing.
The 1400 lumen turbo turns off automatically after 30 seconds, but that's enough to find your way around, as the beam has a range of 130 meters!
The NU43 has a 3400 mAh Li-ion battery that recharges via USB-C. Autonomy is between 10 and 165 hours, depending on mode (charge indicator with 4 LEDs). The lamp can be recharged while in use. The charging port is protected and easily accessible by turning.
The housing is reinforced with an aluminum alloy. It can therefore withstand shocks of up to 2 meters and is moisture-resistant (IP68). The lamp can be tilted up to 72° without altering its center of gravity.
The lamp has 2 buttons, different to the touch, for easy adjustment during exercise. The ventilated headband has 2 reflective strips and a sweat guard to prevent perspiration from running off.
