Lundhags Makke Pro Ms Pant

The Makke Pro Ms Pant from Swedish brand Lundhags is the winter version of the Makke trousers. They are more robust and waterproof than the classic version.

A mosaic of materials provides reinforcement, waterproofing and elasticity. For example, the fabric is stretchy in the buttocks and knees to make movement easier.

The advantage of the Makke Pro Ms Pant is a waxed cotton-polyester blend that makes it waterproof against snow or a little rain on the thighs and most of the trousers. The lower part of the trousers features Scholler-keprotec reinforcements made from Kevlar fibre, which is naturally resistant to abrasion and tearing.

The Lundhags Makke Pro Ms Pant has two pockets at the waist and two others on the thighs. These pockets are gusseted, giving them plenty of volume. Zips secure all the pockets, and the right thigh pocket also has an internal phone pocket. The two pockets closest to the waist are lined with mesh for better ventilation if needed.

There are also ventilation holes on the inside of the thighs, and the zips have a flap for added waterproofing.

A large opening at the bottom of the legs makes it easy to slip the trousers on, even when wearing heavy shoes. Three press studs allow you to adjust the width of the trousers at the ankle. A hook that attaches to the laces keeps the trousers securely in place.

The waistband has two Velcro fastenings for fine adjustment, plus belt loops.
