Aventure Nordique processes the information collected via the contact form or account creation form for administrative management or commercial relationship management purposes, including replying to user requests or order tracking.

By submitting the form, you agree to the data entered on it being used by Aventure Nordique in its capacity as data controller, its internal departments responsible for making appointments and/or replying, the processor responsible for managing the web server, as well as any other legally authorized person. This data will be kept for three years from the last contact, it being understood that you may withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your data at any time.

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act as amended, you are entitled to ask the data controller for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, or for it to be subject to restrictions on its processing, for the portability of your data and for the possibility of giving instructions on how your data should be processed after your death.
