The Evac UL Compression Dry Bag from Australian brand Sea to Summit is made from 30 denier Cordura siliconised nylon with sealed seams. It is therefore both ultra-light and waterproof.

The Evac fabric expels air without letting water through. So compression is easy.

The top of the bag has a roll-up fastening with a buckle. The opening is wide enough to load or unload your gear. To compress the bag, hook the 3 (or 4, depending on size) straps with their buckles, then pull.

This compression bag is designed to be used inside a rucksack or bicycle panniers, and is not water- and abrasion-resistant enough for use on its own.
