The Oac Xcd BC 160 are Nordic Backcountry skis with a generous width to offer the skier good stability and flotation. Versatile, they offer good performance on hilly terrain and downhill. Its 160 cm size fits all sizes to get out and slide on hills, valleys and snowy slopes. Remember, they are effective on the flat and downhill.
These skis have metal edges and integrated skins. These skins in mix-mohair serve as an anti-backwards system: on the way up, they avoid going backwards and keep a good glide on the flat and downhill.
In terms of glide, OAC has opted for a specific sole in Unicoat texture that requires no maintenance. It is smooth and non-porous unlike a traditional ski sole.
Skis delivered and mounted with universal bindings.
The OAC EA 2.0 bindings are articulated bindings that offer the advantage of being able to use your own boots. Thanks to this system, you do not need to equip yourself with a pair of bindings/boots specific to Nordic backcountry ski. They can be used with snow boots or soft-soled hiking boots.
