- Chew the lozenge until it has completely melted in your mouth.
- Take your toothbrush and brush as usual.
- The rest of the program is the same as the one you follow: spit, rinse, smile!
If you find that these toothpaste tablets don't foam as much as conventional toothpaste, you should know that it's just as effective - it just doesn't contain foaming agents, which are often not recommended.
