SwissPiranha RT180 Tent Pegs are 18 cm-long plastic tent pegs. They are designed for securing family tents, tarpaulins and large tarps, tipis and awnings. These pegs can be used on soft or hard ground.

These SwissPiranha tent pegs are made from PiranhaNT, a high-performance plastic that offers considerable advantages over traditional pegs: they're ultra-light, impact-resistant and very secure.

Their pointed shape makes for easy insertion, while the X-section with its sawtooth profile guarantees a good grip on the most varied terrain.

The flat head compresses the ground and maximizes holding power. Notches securely hold the tent's guy ropes and provide excellent anchoring. Stakes can be driven directly into the ground using a hammer, the back of an axe or a stone.

There are no sharp edges to damage the tent fabric. As the SwissPiranha tent pegs are completely buried at a 90-degree angle, the tent fabric is not damaged. What's more, the flat design with rounded edges limits the risk of serious injury if you walk barefoot, which is a real plus if you're camping with children.
