Sea To Summit Alto TR2 Plus

The Sea To Summit Alto TR2 Plus is the full fabric version of the Atlo range (also available in mesh). The full fabric inner offers greater protection from the elements. When the wind blows, it prevents draughts, and when the temperature drops, it allows you to gain a few degrees. It is equipped with mesh ventilation windows for use in hot weather.

The Alto TR2 Plus has a large interior volume thanks to its hoop system. The Tension Ridge top arch in the shape of spread wings, allows for large, high and wide doors. Combined with a semi-self-supporting dome structure, its vertical walls give way to a very generous passenger compartment. In order to achieve a minimalist weight, the tent has slightly smaller dimensions in terms of floor area.

The Tension Ridge also improves the ventilation of the tent to eliminate the risk of condensation. Openings are placed along the centreline and bottom ventilation is provided from underneath the outer doors. Depending on the weather conditions, the windows can be opened or closed.

The installation is simple and classic. However, it is also possible to erect only the flysheet to provide a large shelter, or only the bedroom for nights under the stars. When it rains, the flysheet can be put up first.

The storage bag is divided into 3 compartments, so that the weight can be distributed between the people, but also to separate the bedroom from the flysheet (useful when the flysheet is not completely dry). It has been designed to be used as a storage pocket in the tent and as a ceiling lightbar (to be combined with its lamp).

As an option (sold separately), a "Lightfoot" floor covering the bedroom or a "Bigfoot" floor covering the bedroom and apses can be purchased. A ceiling storage net is also available.
