Size Selection:

The liner fits perfectly with Alfa Polar A/P/S expedition boots. If you want a snug fit, choose your regular size for the liner. If you prefer more room (e.g. to fit 2 pairs of socks), then choose the size above.
When using the liner in the Polar APS, we recommend choosing the Polar APS Shoes, 2 sizes larger than the liner, for a good fit. The Polar Liner can be thermoformed. This must be done by a thermoforming specialist.

To easily measure the length of the foot, place a piece of paper against the wall. Then place the foot (barefoot or with a thin sock) on the paper with the heel against the wall. It is important to stand up straight when measuring. Draw a line in front of the longest toe and measure with a ruler. Measure both feet; it is not uncommon for one foot to be larger than the other. Round up to the nearest whole number to find your size.

Consult the ALFA size chart and convert between centimeters and the French (EU) size. N.B.: Don't forget to measure both feet. One is always stronger than the other.
