The Stratosphere is a bivy which is part of the military and tactical range of the English brand Snugpak. It has two color-coded crossbows for easy assembly. Even if it is preferable to install the bivy with the sardines, if necessary, it is possible to do without them. This crossing of the arches makes the unit self-supporting.
Two screens are present on the front and back of the head. In case of rain, they can be protected by a mini awning (back side) or folded up (face side). On the ceiling there is a small mesh pocket. A double slider zipper, on the arc of a circle and extending 3/4 of the length, allows easy access.
The Stratosphere bivy is designed with a 100% nylon Ripstop fabric of last 50, with a 5000 mm waterproof polyurethane coating. The floor in the shape of a bathtub, is made of 100% nylon and has a waterproofness of 8000 mm.
