Carinthia XP II Plus

The XP II Plus is a waterproof Gore-Tex bivi bag with a hoop that gives shape to the bivi above the head. This design makes this protective sleeping system more comfortable than a simple bivi.

Thanks to this shape, you will have enough headroom to store a little bit of equipment that needs to remain within reach. The L-shaped opening can be closed with the 2 zippers. A flap covers the zippers to keep the bivi completely watertight inside the bivi. The 5 buckles of the XP2 keep your mattress in place.

Xp II Plus uses Gore-Tex technology, a 3-layer laminated membrane that is both waterproof and breathable. This is not the same Gore-Tex technology used for clothing. The technology used for this bivi is more breathable and allows a better transfer of oxygen and carbon monoxide while being waterproof and windproof. This means that the phenomenon of condensation is limited and the humidity produced is transported to the outside. This bivi bag also has good insulation properties against the cold.
