Esbit 6 x 14 g tablets are made from solid alcohol. This means they can be used at temperatures below 0°C or at high altitudes with the same performance as in lowland areas in summer.
They can be used with Esbit solid alcohol stoves, or to light a barbecue, or as a fire starter to start a fire or a chimney.
A 14g tablet has a 12-minute burn time. It will take 7 minutes to boil 500 ml of water.
