The Megamat Max 15 from Exped is the mattress of all superlatives. It is super thick, very insulating and super comfortable. That's all there is to it! No, you're not dreaming! It insulates perfectly with its foam offering a comfort temperature of -57°C, which is an R-Value of 10.6 according to the international standard ASTM F3340. It has a thickness of 15 cm, as good as your domestic mattress! A length of 197 cm that will suit the smallest of American basketball players.
The Exped Megamat Max is a so-called "self-inflating" mattress, which means that its expanding foam takes in air and inflates on contact with it. The small hand pump will help you to inflate it faster and will allow you to choose the right pressure for a restful sleep.
In addition to the thickness, the insulation, you must remember 2 interesting characteristics:
- The vertical walls make it possible to form a completely flat sleeping structure, for more comfort.
- The surface fabric is pleasant in contact with the skin.
This mattress is equipped with an inflation valve and a deflation valve. It comes with a storage bag that is large enough to easily insert the mattress inside.
