Exped Ultra 8R

The Exped Ultra 8R is an inflatable mattress, insulated with synthetic fibres and a reflective foil, ultra-lightweight and rectangular in shape. It boasts high-performance features.

• Insulation: Synmat Plus Technology filling, recycled Texpedloft microfibre combined with a reflective foil, suitable for all-season use, with an R-value of 8.8, ASTM F3340-18 standard.


• Comfort: It is 9 cm thick, with a maximum width of 52 cm and a length of 183 cm (size M). The air chambers along the edges of the mattress are higher than the others, preventing you from sliding off the mattress.


• Lightweight: The materials used (20-denier recycled ripstop polyester) allow Exped to offer a very lightweight mattress: 560 grams, which is impressive given the comfort it provides and its thermal performance.

The Ultra 8R features two flat valves that do not protrude from the mattress, one for inflation with a non-return valve and one for deflation. It comes with the Schnozzel Pumpbag UL to facilitate inflation and prevent damp air from entering the mattress structure.
