The Forty Below Bottle Boot 16oz / 500ml is an insulated sleeve designed to slow down water freezing in cold environments. It fits most 1-liter water bottles, including Nalgene 16oz / 500ml bottles.
Made from 6.5mm thick closed-cell neoprene foam, this sleeve provides even insulation around the bottle. It limits the cooling of the liquid in winter conditions and can also help keep a drink cold in warm weather.
The front Velcro closure with a pull tab is easy to use even with gloves or mittens. The absence of a zipper prevents the sleeve from freezing shut. A webbing loop allows you to attach the sleeve to a belt, backpack, or carrying strap.
