The Katadyn Befree Gravity is a water filter with a 0.1-micron EZ-Clean Membrane cartridge. This hollow fiber membrane removes microorganisms, bacteria, and protozoa (does not remove viruses). The flow rate of the filter is 2 liters per minute. To clean the membrane filter, simply shake it or run it under water.
The Befree Gravity filter is composed of a water bag available in 6 or 10 liters. It is very convenient to use as you simply fill it at a water point, hang it up with the straps and let the water flow out. No pumping effort is required.
At the outlet, the filter is equipped with a quick connection system with automatic locking and an integrated hooking system to fix the outlet hose on the connection ring.
