Katadyn Micropur Forte is a fast, effective disinfectant for treating drinking water. It kills bacteria and viruses after 30 minutes' immersion in clear drinking water. The presence of silver ions then preserves the drinking water for 6 months.
This agent prevents the formation of germs and odours. When you're out hiking, you can treat your water with Katadyn Micropur Forte! The composition is stronger than Micropur Classic because, as well as killing bacteria, it eliminates viruses. To treat cloudy water, we recommend using it in conjunction with a filter.
Micropur Forte can be used wherever microbiologically unsafe water needs to be disinfected for drinking, cooking or washing, and is an ideal way of preserving water in tanks. Capacity of this antibacterial: 1000 litres of water.
