MSR Pocket Rocket Deluxe is a lightweight gas stove weighing just 83g. It is the deluxe version of the famous Pocket Rocket 2, and differs in three respects:
- It has a larger burner. This makes it more stable and wind-resistant. Also practical for simmering small dishes, the heat is better distributed.
- It has a pressure regulator. Even when the level in the bottle drops, the pressure remains the same, and boiling is faster. You can use it in colder weather.
- It has a built-in piezo, handy for lighting the stove in windy conditions, cold fingers or when you don't know where your lighter is!
With all these features, you can do much more than just boil water. And with a precise tap setting, you'll be able to cook great recipes in the great outdoors.
The Pocket Rocket Deluxe takes 3.3 minutes to boil 1 liter of water. A 220 g bottle is required for 60 minutes of autonomy.
