The Msr Whisperlite Universal multi-fuel stove works with C petrol, unleaded and paraffin, but also with gas. It can be used with gas cartridges (Msr, Coleman, Primus, Optimus...). Three different nozzles are supplied with the stove. A UC nozzle for gas, this is the one installed on the stove. A UG nozzle for petrol and a UK nozzle for paraffin use. Simply change the nozzle according to the fuel used. It also has a preheating cup.
This stove is ideal for globetrotters who are looking for a reliable, robust and efficient stove. It has proven itself on many expeditions. The self-cleaning Shaker Jet technology and the new one-piece leg assembly allow for quick cleaning and maintenance in the field.
Whisperlite Universal is the perfect "gas + gas" stove for backpacking or long bike trips. It performs well in cold weather and at high altitudes. It has 3 folding stainless steel legs and a remote fuel supply.
