The Distance Carbon Z FKT from Black Diamond are ultralight trail running poles with a quick-release, removable cuff system. Weighing 315 grams per pair (depending on size), this is one of the features that will make you choose this model.

Made entirely of carbon and collapsible thanks to Z-Pole technology, they’re particularly well-suited for three- to four-season trail running. This technology ensures quick and easy deployment. From the shaft diameter to the wrist strap design… Everything has been carefully engineered to minimize the load on your body.

The attachment system for the removable glove-like is very quick to put on or take off. You can fold or unfold the poles without stopping your run. The EVA foam grips with extended grip sections are ergonomic and non-slip.

The Tech carbide tips are interchangeable with the non-marking rubber tips (included). Two sizes of baskets are also included, for summer and winter.
