The Merino Kit from the Finnish brand Fabpatch is a set of four repair patches made from 100% merino wool. They allow you to repair your woolen garments without compromising on comfort or technical performance. These patches can be applied to either the inside or outside of the garment, and they feel soft against the skin.

Applying them is very simple and requires no special tools, so you can do it right in the field.

Simply peel off part of the backing, place the adhesive side over the hole or tear you want to repair, and remove the rest of the backing.

Then make sure to rub the patch firmly with your fingers or, better yet, the back of a spoon to ensure it adheres perfectly.

These patches are wash-resistant and adhere to most fabrics.

The Fabpatch Merino set contains 4 pieces:

2 oval-shaped patches measuring 10 x 8 cm

2 cross-shaped patches with a diameter of 3.5 cm

Directions for use	Machine washable (max 40°C – let dry for 3 days), tumble dry, and iron. Instructions: Peel the fabric off the backing, but do not remove the backing completely. Place the exposed area where desired, then gently remove the rest of the backing. Do not touch the adhesive! Grease on your fingertips will prevent the patch from adhering properly. If the hole is large, place another FabPatch™ or a small piece of fabric on the other side. If the hole is small, you can pinch it closed. Rub the patch firmly with a blunt object for 1 to 2 minutes. You’re all set!
