The G400 from the Czech brand Patizon is a sleeping bag filled with 400 grams of down, for a comfort temperature of -1°C. It contains a hypoallergenic European goose down of 850 cuin+, 90/10, RDS certified. It has a 50% down distribution on the top, 50% on the bottom. The construction of the compartments is Z-shaped to limit heat loss.
The shell of the G400 sleeping bag is a Pertex Quantum Ripstop fabric treated DWR against moisture. The semi-automatic 3 millimetre zipper is on the top. This makes it easier to reach it, especially at night in the dark, but more importantly, it provides a more anatomical construction at the shoulders, which does not require velcro to close the opening. Equipped with a blocker, once it is engaged, the zipper's slider no longer slides. The insulation around the face is made of Climashield synthetic fiber. It is more adapted to the humidity exhaled during the night, and it adds extra comfort to the hood cord.
Lightweight, it weighs 725 grams and is just as compact. It can compress 13 times its volume to fit in a 31 x 48 centimeter cover. Inside the sleeping bag is a zippered pocket of 20 x 20 centimeters.
