The opinion of Aventure Nordique
Sea to Summit's Trek -9C/15F is a semi-rectangular sleeping bag that offers more space and comfort than a traditional sleeping bag. Thanks to its shape, you won't feel cramped and you'll be able to move around during the night. It weighs 1140 grams and has a comfort temperature of -3°C.
In terms of filling, it features 635 grams (Regular size) of 650 cuin 85/15 duck down. This duck down is treated against moisture (Ultra Dry Down) for greater resistance in wet conditions. The inner and outer shells are made of 20-denier recycled polyester.
For the filling, Sea To Summit has opted for a different type of padding according to the body's essential zones, optimizing insulation:
- Vertical padding on the torso to prevent the down from shifting.
- Horizontal padding on the bottom to minimize the weight of the sleeping bag.
The Trek -9C/15F sleeping bag has 3 zippers with double sliders and protective padding. A full-length zipper on the left side, a short half-length zipper on the right side and a foot zipper. The hood is compatible with the brand's pillows, and a collar protects against air ingress.

Eco-responsible contribution | The Responsible Down Standard (RDS) label guarantees the protection of geese and ducks raised for the production of sleeping bags or down-filled down jackets. RDS filling means that it does not come from animals that have undergone cruel treatment, such as force-feeding or live-plucking. This label provides traceability to identify the down's origin. Bluesign Label certification guarantees the production of a safe, sustainable textile with the least possible impact on people and the environment. The aim of the Bluesign standard is to ensure responsible use of resources and manage the risks associated with handling chemicals throughout the production chain. It is an independent label that requires certification. |
