Big Agnes Rapide SL Insulated Double

The Big Agnes Rapide SL Insulated Double is a comfortable sleeping pad mat for hikers and cyclists. Its 11 centimetres of thickness will allow you to spend a good night, even if it is cool. The mattress has 2 layers of ultra-light thermo-reflective film. The Rapide SL insulated has an R-Value of 4.8, which makes it suitable for use in all 4 seasons.

Its rectangular shape is designed to offer maximum comfort. Its cells are thicker at the edges of the pad than in the middle, which naturally prevents you from sliding down the sides. The I-Beam construction ensures constant comfort and support.

The nylon used for this pad is both light and strong. Also, the risk of hernia is very low thanks to the aerospace grade TPU lamination. The inside of the pad is treated against germs, so no more mould stains in the pad .

The Rapide SL has a double flat valve for inflation and deflation. The inflation system has a non-return valve. To deflate the pad, simply open the valve and the effect is immediate! The mattress comes with a pump bag which makes inflation easier and avoids sending wet air into the bladders.
