The Expedition Compact Frame Pack from British brand Apidura is made from 3-layer laminated fabric. It is light, strong and waterproof. The two zips are welded, making them highly water-resistant, so the contents stay dry.
This pannier doesn't take up the whole triangle, just the top part, which leaves the bottle cage accessible. It also leaves enough space for your knees when pedalling. Its installation does not prevent another pannier from being fitted to the top tube.
The pannier is attached to the top tube using Hypalon Velcro straps. There are adjustable straps for the seat tube and down tube, to fit all frame sizes. Depending on the shape of the frame and the height of the head tube, the pannier can be adjusted in either direction for optimum fit.
The Apidura Expedition Compact Frame Pack has a main pocket with a small zipped pocket on the inside and another pocket on the side. The larger pocket has a pass-through for a hydration tube or cables for electrical equipment.
The volume of the product depends on the size and shape of your bike's frame. A measurement is required. (See photo)
