The opinion of Aventure Nordique

The Nansen Waxless Fjellski from Åsnes is a Nordic Backcountry ski, designed to glide across the great Nordic nature.

This "Fjellski" in the effigy of the Norwegian explorer Fridtjof Nansen is equipped with steel edges and scales. The waxless ensure a good grip and can be supplemented, if necessary, with half seal skins. Indeed, the X-Skin technology allows you to quickly attach a pair of Åsnes skins in order to consider longer and steeper climbs. The skins (sold separately) are positioned on the scale zone, i.e. the area of the skier's support. This gives an excellent "grip/slide" ratio.

The Åsnes Nansen Waxless Fjellski is a "balanced" ski that offers a good glide, that is to say, a fast and efficient progression. Its sidecut allows an easy rotation.
