The Exped Flex 3R is a closed-cell foam mattress. Comfortable, versatile, and durable, it’s ready to use right out of the box! Just unfold it. The Flex 3R can be used on its own as a 3.1-centimeter-thick mattress or as an additional layer of insulation under an inflatable mattress.

It is lightweight and won’t puncture, unlike an inflatable or self-inflating mattress. You can use it as a sleeping surface and also as protection against uneven terrain.
