Fischer Transnordic 66 Crown / Skin Xtralite

The Fischer Transnordic 66 Crown Xtralite are Nordic backcountry skis renowned for their sturdiness and reliability. Versatile, these skis are designed for undulating terrain and long expedition. Featuring an off-track system and metal edges, these skis are both light and propulsive. The lightened wood core facilitates ascent and promotes resistance.

In addition to the Off-track scales, these skis feature the Easy Skin notch for quick attachment of a half seal skin (sold separately). If used, the Easy Skin is a real plus for optimizing the glide/hook ratio).

The Transnordic 66 Crown Xtralite has relatively narrow sidecut, enabling it to spin fast and glide well over open terrain. Perfect for Arctic and polar expeditions.
